Review Medication Prescriptions with Your Physician: We recommend confirming that your camper's prescriptions are up-to-date and accurately reflect their current medication needs.
Over-the-counter medications: If possible, obtain a prescription. Otherwise, Perris Hills Pharmacy will follow the exact instructions provided on the Campers Medication Form
Medication Types - Generic or Brand Name: Our default is to dispense generic medications unless the prescription specifies "Brand Name Necessary." It is crucial to ensure that your prescription reflects this preference accurately
Payment and Camp Registration: As part of the camp registration process, we require your credit card information to cover co-pays and any other relevant fees

How to Prevent Additional Fees with My Kids Camp Meds

$25.00 Late Registration Fee: To avoid this fee, please complete your camper’s registration and submit all prescriptions at least 30 days before the camp session begins. Late submissions will incur a $25.00 charge
$30.00 Expedited Shipping Fee: To prevent the need for expedited shipping (and its associated $30.00 fee), we recommend submitting prescriptions well in advance. Expedited shipping fees apply if quick delivery is required

(2) Send instructions to your child's Physician(s) on how to prescribe for camp sessions
Ensure your child’s physician is informed about prescribing for camp sessions. You can email them the instructions from our Physician Instructions Page or download the Physician Instructions PDF to fax or deliver in person.
(3) Submit Your Payment Information
After we receive and review your camper's medication information, we’ll reach out to you by phone to securely collect your credit card details for payment.
